A 52-year-old gnaws through the cocoon.
I’m a mosaic artist and lapsed writer, as well as a rabid traveler. Expect posts on my current mosaic pieces, the Charlotte Art League Community Mosaic Project, wanderings, my kitchen remodel and eagerly-awaited Lacanche Cluny 1400 in Vert Sologne, and my general brain drivel, of which there is much. To me, the “Why” is all.

hey i really love your works. they are amazing. im 19, i do mosaics too and have always wanted to try and use different mediums. ive got my first commision piece that im working on at the moment.

I just discovered your blog – I am on the yahoo mosaic artists group with you… I have a blog too, I listed it above.
Working my way back through yours – it’s great and probably b/c I also write and do mosaics, not to mention a basically stream o’consciousness blog, I feel less alone out there as a non-mainstream-thinking person who is still trying to fit in.
